The finding comes from Climadiag Agriculture et Forêt, a free public climate service managed by Météo-France and Solagro, an association focused on sustainable energy and environmental development. France’s Ministry of Overseas Affairs announced on August 5, 2026, that the tool has expanded to overseas French territories, starting with Reunion and French Guiana.
